If at any time you would like to make a purchase, but would rather give your credit card or purchase order information to a representative over the telephone or fax, you may do so.

We make it possible for you to check or change your personal details and include the ability for you to elect whether you'd like us to keep in contact with you via email or post. No one is able to access your details via this page. You must have both your customer number and email address to view or change your details. If you'd prefer, you can contact us via other methods to request us to change your contact details. Remember we may need to contact you to confirm you identity before making the changes. We will make a sincere effort to respond to your requests to correct personal information inaccuracies in a timely manner.

We do keep track of the domains from which people visit us. We analyse this data for trends and statistics in order to provide a better service for customers.
